This complimentary consultation is reserved exclusively for residents of The Sloan and serves as the first step into RanierFit’s resident wellness offerings.
During this 15 minute session, we’ll discuss your goals, schedule, and current challenges around training, recovery, nutrition, and consistency. From there, we’ll outline a personalized plan and determine whether you’re a good fit for a complimentary intro training session, where we can put everything into action.
As a Sloan resident, you’ll also receive access to our Resident On-Boarding Package, which includes bonus wellness services designed to help you get started smoothly and confidently.

OWNER AND DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY
Ranier is a Charlotte-based strength coach and performance trainer known for his precision-driven approach to functional training, athletic development, movement efficiency, and premium recovery practices. He works with ambitious professionals, competitive athletes, and driven individuals who value excellence, accountability, and results-focused coaching.With a reputation for detail, intentionality, and tailored program design, Ranier builds training systems that enhance strength, resilience, and long-term durability in and out of the gym. His methodology blends performance science with real-world application, empowering clients to move with confidence, perform at a higher level, and sustain progress over time.
Ranier formerly served as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Team Curry (Stephen Curry’s elite AAU basketball program) and has been featured on WCCB Charlotte and various news platforms for his leadership in performance and wellness coaching.

Rachel is a Charlotte-based fitness and nutrition coach with a soft spot for strength training, science-backed simplicity, and the occasional bass drop. Her passion for fitness started as a personal mission to feel stronger in her own body. Now she helps others do the same, especially women navigating endocrine or metabolic challenges.
With a background in 1:1 coaching, Rachel makes health feel less overwhelming and more empowering. Her approach blends smart strength training, habit-based nutrition, and realistic lifestyle shifts built around your goals, personality, and what actually motivates you.
