Performance Coaching Plans

Starting at $150 per session

Customized coaching programs designed around your goals, schedule, and level of support.
Due to limited availability, all new clients are onboarded through a consultation process.

    We primarily work with executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, and high performers who value precision, accountability, and long-term progress.

    If you are looking for more than just workouts and want a clear plan, expert coaching, and measurable results, this is for you.

    For our clients, the question becomes: what is your game day?

    Whether that is leading a company, managing a demanding career, or performing at a high level in your daily life, our role is to ensure your body is prepared to meet those demands consistently.

    Our approach combines:

    • Structured performance and strength programming
    • Movement quality, durability, and injury resilience
    • Flexible access: in studio, in home, or virtual
    • Integrated recovery protocols and lifestyle strategy

    Every session is intentional, efficient, and designed to produce consistent progress over time.

  • We offer multiple membership options based on training frequency and level of support.

    Most clients train between 2 to 4 sessions per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and desired pace of progress.

    Performance coaching plans begin at $150 per session.

    All new clients are onboarded through a consultation process to determine the best plan and fit.

  • Our highest level of coaching access, designed for individuals who want training fully integrated into their lifestyle and performance routine.

    This membership provides a concierge level experience, including:

    • priority scheduling with reserved recurring training times
    • flexibility to train in studio, in home, or virtually
    • Included recovery services including assisted stretching and Normatec compression therapy
    • priority access to RanierFit events and services

    Ideal for pro athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, and high performers who require a consistent, high touch approach to training.

  • Personal training memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment. All sessions are 60 minutes and scheduled by appointment.

    Unused sessions may roll over month to month, however members may carry a maximum balance of one month’s worth of sessions at any time.

    Memberships are automatically drafted each month on the same date as the initial start date. A 30 day written notice is required for cancellation. Terms and conditions apply.

    Memberships with 16 sessions or more may be shared between members of the same household.
