What is The Trainer Collective?

Our 90-minute meeting is designed to provide both educational value and collaborative networking, ensuring every participant leaves with actionable insights and meaningful connections.

1. Workshop & Skill Development (First 30-45 minutes)

The meeting begins with an interactive workshop led by a featured speaker or the coach of the month. This session focuses on demonstrating a specific skill, tool, or concept that participants can benefit from. The topic will vary based on the speaker’s expertise, offering diverse and practical learning experiences.

  • Examples of workshop topics include:

    • Velocity-Based Training: Its benefits and applications.

    • Managing a Weight Room Efficiently: Strategies for handling athletes or clients with varying skill levels.

    • Brand Building on Social Media: Insights from a social media manager on growing your online presence.

This portion is dedicated to hands-on learning and expert insights, giving attendees valuable skills they can implement immediately. If you’re interested in becoming a featured coach of the month please fill out our application form!

2. Networking & Breaking Down Hot Topics (45-60 minutes)

The second half of the meeting is focused on collaborative networking and topic-driven discussions. Participants engage in meaningful conversations designed to leverage each other’s knowledge and experiences. Discussion topics may include:

  • Building a Personal Brand: Strategies to stand out in the fitness industry.

  • Managing Client Relations: Retaining clients and keeping services from feeling stagnant.

  • Social Media Presence: Tips and tricks for creating valuable and engaging content.

  • Creating Value in Corporate Settings: Enhancing your professional worth in larger organizations.

This portion is all about sharing insights, exchanging strategies, and empowering one another, reinforcing the group’s mission of collaboration over competition.
