This is The Barbell Club.
Small group personal training for people who take their training seriously but don't want to do it alone. Small groups, real programming, and coaches who actually coach. Built for adults who plan to be strong, capable and moving well for the next 30 years.
Every member starts with an in-person consultation at our studio. By appointment only.
Train in a way that makes the rest of your life better.
Stronger lifts. Healthier joints. More energy for your work, your kids and your weekends. We care less about how tired you are at the end of a session and more about how you feel walking into the next one.
The Barbell Club runs on the same principles we use with professional athletes: structured programming, coached technique and progressive strength. The only difference is your game day isn't on a court or a field. It's everything else.
What a class looks like
Every session follows a plan, and every plan builds on the last one.

- First
Prepare
A warm-up and mobility work matched to the day's lifts.
- Then
Lift
The main strength block, coached set by set with loads that progress week to week.
- Then
Build
Accessory work for the muscles, joints and positions that keep you durable.
- Finally
Reset
A cooldown so you leave feeling better than when you walked in.
Choose your training volume
Most members train twice a week. Every member starts with an in-person consultation, and we'll recommend the right plan for you.
Essential
For building consistency, or pairing with other training.
Performance
For real strength progression. Where most members land.
Premier
Maximum training volume and the fastest rate of progress.

Before you start
Do I need barbell experience?
No. Technique is coached from your first session, and with four people or fewer, your coach can correct form on every set.
Can I drop in to see a class first?
Our studio is appointment only, so we don't take walk-ins. Book an in-studio consultation and we'll show you around, walk you through a session and answer your questions in person.
When are classes?
We'll share current class times at your consultation and help you find the sessions that fit your week.
Can I combine the club with 1:1 coaching?
Yes. The Essential membership pairs well with private coaching or your own training. Ask us on a consultation and we'll recommend a mix.
Which membership should I choose?
Twice a week is where most members see steady strength progress, which is why Performance is our most popular plan. We'll recommend a plan at your consultation, and the 30-day intro gives you time to decide.
Why do you require a consultation?
The Barbell Club is small group personal training, not an open class. Groups are capped at four, so we meet everyone first to make sure the coaching, the schedule and the group are the right fit.
Start with a consultation.
- An in-person visit to learn your goals and schedule
